5. PRODUCT ORDERS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Orders through the online store www.honeymood.gr constitute distance selling contracts governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force), the amendments referred to in PD 131/2003 (Government Gazette A’ 116/16.05.2003), and Decision 31619 FEK 969/22.3.2017, as well as the adaptation of Greek legislation to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, concerning consumer rights, the amendment of Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, and the repeal of Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, published in the Official Journal of the European Union, L 304 of 22.11.2011, as amended from 13/06/2014.

The user has the right to place a valid order through the online store, provided they are legally capable according to the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (having reached the age of eighteen and not under judicial guardianship regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. 6. WITHDRAWAL / RETURN

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obliged to inform us of the reason for desiring the return of the products, within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, provided that the packages sent to you have not been opened. In this case, you are only responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. If the reason for your return concerns an error on the company’s part, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product, provided that the return is made through the shipping company ………………………………………

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to complete and send the special return form available on the website www.honeymood.gr. You are obliged to send the product in its original condition, without the packaging being violated, confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed. Additionally, you must include the retail sales receipt simultaneously with the submission of the withdrawal declaration contained in the “return form.” Returns will only be accepted via courier and only after approval by the company.

In case of product return and depending on both the payment method you chose for your order and the method of their return, your refund will be completed within 8 working days from the date we receive the products. If the reason for the return concerns an error on our part, we commit to sending the products again via courier to the address you provided for the order delivery, at our own expense. If the consumer wishes to return their order without any fault on the part of the company, then the shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. If you choose other courier companies for the return, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of the products you return to us. If you choose to send it by post, we cannot accept your return. After the return of the product, and upon approval by the Company, the customer will be refunded in full either by a corresponding deposit to their bank account, which they have provided in the return form accompanying the returned merchandise, or by another method according to the above.
